public class TrialSubjectDataHeaderParser
extends java.lang.Object

validates and processes the header line in a character delimited text file. The class is populated with mappings that associate a display name in a text file header with a text field of a TrialSubjectModel. The class is capable of detecting errors such as unrecognised or duplicate column header values. The class will retain information about the position of header column labels.
