History of changes for current case study... | Produces a report which shows a list of changes made to the currently displayed subject record. Each change shows the date, description, author. Changes are listed in reverse chronological order. |
History of changes by the current user... | Produces a report which shows a list of changes made by the current user. Each change shows the date, description and subject identifier. Changes are listed in reverse chronological order. |
Tasks
Get more information about a subject
- Click on the "Options Menu" in the menu bar of the Logging Tool.

Click on "Get more information". You should now see the dialog shown below:
Fig. Options-Menu-2: This service lists all the demographic information of the currently displayed subject. The service doesn't do much but is intended to stimulate developers to develop their own plugin services that provide more useful information about case study members.
- Press "Close" to close the window.
View history of changes for current subject
- Click on "Options Menu" in the menu bar of the Logging Tool.
- Click on "History of changes for current case study". Note that 'case study' is a configurable aspect of CST and may appear in a menu as 'volunteer', 'participant' or whatever word is appropriate for your project.

You should now see the dialog below:

- If you want to save the report as a web page, click on "Save As..." and specify an HTML page.
- If you just want to close the dialog, press "Close".
View history of changes for current user
- Click on "Options Menu" in the menu bar of the Logging Tool.
- Click on "History of changes made by kgarwood". Note that 'kgarwood' appear differently depending on who is using the Logging Tool.
